The propeller hub mechanism comprises a propeller hub, a main shaft, a propeller hub upper pin, a propeller hub lower pin and a damping rubber elastic element, the propeller hub is sleeved on the main shaft; the propeller hub and the main shaft are installed together through the propeller hub upper pin and the propeller hub lower pin. The two damping rubber elastic elements are symmetrically arranged in a mounting groove formed between the inner ring of the propeller hub and the outer ring of the main shaft by taking the central axis of the pin as a reference; a needle bearing is sleeved on a pin shaft body of the pin on the propeller hub; and flapping rubber is sleeved on a pin shaft body of the propeller hub lower pin. According to the invention, the mounting groove is formed between the propeller hub and the main shaft, and the damping rubber elastic element is added in the mounting groove, so that the rotor system can obtain a larger damping coefficient when carrying out flapping motion, and therefore, the stability of the rotor system when encountering gust is improved, the strength of the rotor system is improved, and the weight of the rotor system is reduced.
本发明公开了一种共轴无人直升机的桨毂机构及其安装方法,包括桨毂、主轴、桨毂上销钉、桨毂下销钉、阻尼橡胶弹性元件;桨毂套装于主轴上;桨毂上销钉和桨毂下销钉将桨毂和主轴安装在一起;阻尼橡胶弹性元件设有两块,且以销钉的中心轴线为基准对称设于桨毂的内圈与主轴的外圈之间形成的安装槽内;桨毂上销钉的销轴体上套装有滚针轴承;桨毂下销钉的销轴体上套装有挥舞橡胶。本发明利用桨毂与主轴间形成安装槽,并在安装槽中加入阻尼橡胶弹性元件,使旋翼系统在进行挥舞运动时能够获得更大的阻尼系数,从而增加旋翼系统遇到阵风时的稳定性,增加旋翼系统的强度,减小旋翼系统的重量。
