On the premise that small adjusting force is guaranteed, large holding force can be met, and the device has the advantages of being simple in structure, reliable in performance and the like. Comprising a support welding assembly, a flat washer, a friction plate, a gasket, an upper end fastening bolt and a fixing screw. A steering column is arranged between the two side plates of the support welding assembly. A first arc-shaped notch is formed in the support welding assembly, and a first round hole is formed in each of the two sides of the first arc-shaped notch in the support welding assembly; a second arc-shaped notch is formed in the friction plate, and a second round hole is formed in each of the two sides of the second arc-shaped notch in the friction plate; the upper end fastening bolt sequentially penetrates through the flat washer, the second arc notch of the friction plate, the gasket, the first arc notch formed by welding the support and the steering column from left to right and then penetrates out of the other side of the welded support. The fixing screws penetrate through the second friction plate round holes and then are fixed to the two sides of the notch formed by welding the support through threads.

    本发明属于轻、中、重型卡车技术领域,尤其涉及一种摩擦片结构转向柱锁紧装置。在保证调节力小的前提下可以满足大保持力,具有结构简单,性能可靠等优点。包括支架焊接组成、平垫圈、摩擦片、垫片、上端紧固螺栓、固定螺钉;在支架焊接组成两侧板中间设置转向管柱。支架焊接组成上设置有弧形槽口一,支架焊接组成上、弧形槽口一两侧各设一圆孔一;摩擦片上设置有弧形槽口二,摩擦片上、弧形槽口二两侧各设一圆孔二;上端紧固螺栓从左至右依次穿过平垫圈、摩擦片的弧形槽口二、垫片、支架焊接组成的弧形槽口一、转向管柱后,从支架焊接的另一侧穿出;固定螺钉穿过摩擦片圆孔二后,通过螺纹固定在支架焊接组成的槽口两侧。
