The invention belongs to the technical field of marine diesel engines, and particularly relates to a marine diesel engine main propulsion control device which comprises a diesel engine assembly, a monitoring assembly and a propulsion assembly, the diesel engine assembly comprises a diesel engine body, and a diesel engine controller is arranged on the outer side of the diesel engine body; an oil supply pipeline communicated with the diesel engine body is connected to the side wall of the diesel engine body, and the input end of the oil supply pipeline is connected with an external oil tank. The output end of the diesel engine body is connected with a clutch, the output end of the clutch is connected with a motor, and the motor is connected with a propelling assembly through a reduction gearbox. The monitoring assembly comprises a monitor, and the monitor is connected with the diesel engine controller and the motor and used for monitoring the states of the diesel engine body and the motor. According to the method, the performance defect of single inversion is overcome by adopting a multi-step generalized inverse method, the position holding capacity of the dynamic positioning ship is improved, and the problem of propeller saturation in constraint thrust distribution is solved.

    本发明属于船舶柴油机技术领域,尤其是涉及一种船舶柴油机主推进控制操控装置,包括:柴油机组件、监测组件和推进组件,所述柴油机组件包括柴油机本体,所述柴油机本体外侧设置有柴油机控制器,所述柴油机本体的侧壁上连接有与其连通的供油管道,且供油管道的输入端与外部的油罐连接;所述柴油机本体的输出端连接有离合器,且离合器的输出端连接有电机,所述电机通过减速箱与推进组件连接;所述监测组件包括监控器,所述监控器分别与柴油机控制器和电机连接并用于对柴油机本体和电机状态的监测。本发明采用多步广义逆的方法改善单次求逆的性能缺陷,提高动力定位船的位置保持能力,解决约束推力分配中的推进器饱和问题。
