The invention discloses a shipborne compressor chassis integrated device which comprises a chassis, the chassis comprises a pair of main beams (1) arranged in parallel, a group of water cooling heat exchangers (2) are arranged on the two main beams (1), and the two ends of each water cooling heat exchanger (2) penetrate out of webs of the main beams (1) on the corresponding sides respectively and are connected with the main beams (1); the upper end face of the bottom frame is a mounting base of the compressor and accessories. The water cooling heat exchanger is integrated on the compressor underframe, and the cylinder is used for replacing a frame material, so that steel is saved, the overall load is reduced, and the space is saved; in addition, different stages of water cooling heat exchangers are arranged in the bottom frame side by side, the working process is complied, pipe arrangement (cooling water pipes and air pipes) is simple and convenient, the pipeline layout is attractive, and the pipeline energy consumption loss is reduced.

    本发明公开一种船载式压缩机底架集成装置,包括底架,底架包括一对平行设置的主梁(1),在两主梁(1)上设有一组水冷却换热器(2),每个水冷却换热器(2)两端分别穿出对应侧主梁(1)的腹板并与主梁(1)连接;所述底架上端面为压缩机以及附属件的安装基础。本发明通过将水冷却热换器集成在压缩机底架上,以圆筒体替代框架材料,节约钢材,减轻整体载重、节省了空间;另外,将不同级的水冷却换热器并排布置在底架中,顺应工作流程,排管(冷却水管、气管)简便、管路布局美观,减少管路能耗损失。
