The invention provides a battery performance early warning method, a monitoring platform, an early warning system and a battery swap station, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the current state information of a target battery system located at the battery swap station or a vehicle end; performing data analysis according to the current state information and pre-acquired system initial information and battery cell initial information of the target battery system to obtain index data of the target battery system about battery consistency index research and battery performance research; comparing and analyzing the index data according to a preset index threshold range; and when it is determined that the abnormal indexes exceeding the preset index threshold range exist in the index data, early warning information about the abnormal indexes is fed back to an early warning prompt end. According to the battery performance early warning method, real-time remote monitoring can be carried out on the battery system, early warning is carried out when abnormity occurs, targeted troubleshooting and maintenance can be conveniently carried out in time, meanwhile, the monitoring accuracy and timeliness are improved, and the unattended monitoring function of the battery replacing station is achieved.

    本发明提供了一种电池性能预警方法、监控平台、预警系统及换电站,其中,电池性能预警方法,包括:获取位于换电站或车端的目标电池系统的当前状态信息;根据当前状态信息以及预先获取到的目标电池系统的系统初始信息和电芯初始信息进行数据分析,得到目标电池系统关于电池一致性指标研究和电池性能研究的指标数据;根据预设指标阈值范围对指标数据进行对比分析;当确定指标数据中存在超出预设指标阈值范围的异常指标时,反馈关于异常指标的预警信息至预警提示端。本发明的电池性能预警方法可对电池系统进行实时远程监控,并在出现异常时预警,便于及时进行针对性排查和维修,同时也提高了监控的精确度和及时性,实现了换电站的无人值守监控功能。
