A control system suitable for power-off of a hydrogen fuel commercial vehicle comprises a manual switch, a low-voltage storage battery and a VCU, the VCU is provided with a first electrical interface and a second electrical interface, the output end of the low-voltage storage battery is connected with the input end of a relay, the first electrical interface and the input end of the manual switch, and the output end of the manual switch is connected with the second electrical interface. The output end of the relay is connected with the input ends of the FCU and the BMS; the FCU, the output end of the BMS, the input end of the low-voltage storage battery and the VCU are grounded together, and the control end of the relay is in signal connection with the VCU; the VCU is in signal connection with the FCU, the MCU and the BMS, the FCU is in signal connection with the air compressor, and the air compressor is in gas circuit connection with the electric pile. During application, the relay is firstly closed to perform low-voltage power supply on purging operation, and then automatic purging after the manual switch is switched off is realized. According to the design, the control comfort is good, and a driver does not need to wait all the time.

    一种适用于氢燃料商用车下电的控制系统,包括手动开关、低压蓄电池与VCU,所述VCU上设置有一、二号电接口,所述低压蓄电池的输出端与继电器的输入端、一号电接口、手动开关输入端相连接,手动开关输出端与二号电接口相连接,继电器的输出端与FCU、BMS的输入端相连接;所述FCU、BMS的输出端、低压蓄电池的输入端与VCU一并接地,继电器的控制端与VCU进行信号连接;所述VCU与FCU、MCU、BMS都进行信号连接,FCU与空压机进行信号连接,空压机与电堆进行气路连接。应用时,先闭合继电器以对吹扫操作进行低压供电,再实现在断开手动开关之后的自动吹扫。本设计不仅控制舒适度较佳,而且驾驶员不需一直等待。
