The invention discloses a high-voltage lithium battery forklift cooling system and a control method. The cooling system comprises a radiator used for storing cooling liquid and radiating the cooling liquid; a water pumping port of the cooling water pump is connected with the radiator; the cooling pipe assembly comprises a cooling main pipe and a plurality of groups of cooling branch pipes which are connected to the cooling main pipe in parallel, the cooling main pipe is connected with a water outlet of the cooling water pump and a water inlet of the radiator, and any cooling branch pipe is used for cooling target equipment and is provided with a proportioning valve; the temperature detection assembly is used for detecting the temperature of each piece of target equipment; and the cooling controller is connected with the temperature detection assembly and the proportioning valve and used for adjusting the opening degree of the proportioning valve of the corresponding cooling branch pipe according to the detected temperature so as to avoid overtemperature of any target device. The cooling system can perform differential cooling on multiple target devices, accurately control the temperature of each target device to avoid overtemperature, reduce the flow resistance of the system, reduce the energy consumption of the system and prolong the operation time of the electric forklift.

    本申请公开了一种高电压锂电池叉车冷却系统及控制方法。冷却系统包括散热器,用于储存冷却液并对冷却液散热;冷却水泵,其抽水口连接散热器;冷却管组件,包括冷却主管和多组相互并联连接于冷却主管的冷却支管,冷却主管连接冷却水泵的出水口和散热器的进水口,任一冷却支管用于冷却目标设备且任一冷却支管均设置比例调节阀;温度检测组件,用于检测各目标设备的温度;冷却控制器,连接温度检测组件和比例调节阀,用于根据检测温度调节对应冷却支管的比例调节阀的开度,以避免任一目标设备超温。该冷却系统能够对多目标设备进行差异化冷却,精确控制各目标设备温度避免超温,降低系统流阻,减少系统能耗,延长电动叉车的作业时间。
