The invention discloses a parking space charging device and method for an electric vehicle. The parking space charging device is characterized by comprising a base, a charging interface platform, a lifting mechanism, a telescopic moving mechanism, a positioning module, a charging plug and a control system, wherein the base is fixedly installed in a pit, lower than the surface of a parking space, in the parking space, the lifting mechanism is installed on the base and connected with the charging interface platform, and the lifting mechanism drives the charging interface platform to ascend or descend; the telescopic moving mechanism is mounted on the base and is connected with the charging interface platform; the charging plug is mounted in the charging interface platform; the positioning module is used for acquiring and processing position information output by a position indicating device of the electric vehicle so as to determine the position of a vehicle-mounted charging interface installed at the bottom of the electric vehicle parked on the parking space. The charging pile does not occupy public area, saves land, is simple and feasible, and fundamentally solves the problem of reasonable arrangement of the charging pile.

    一种电动车辆的车位充电装置和方法,其特征是:所述的车位充电装置包括基座、充电接口平台、升降机构、伸缩移动机构、定位模块、充电插头、控制系统;其中:基座固定安装在停车位之中的低于停车位表面的凹坑中升降机构安装在基座上、并与充电接口平台相连接,由升降机构带动充电接口平台升高或降低;伸缩移动机构安装在基座上、并与充电接口平台相连接;充电插头安装在充电接口平台中;定位模块用于获取并处理电动车辆的位置指示装置输出的位置信息、从而确定停泊在停车位之上的电动车辆底部安装的车载充电接口的位置。本发明不占用公共面积,节约用地,简单可行,从根本上解决了充电桩的合理设置难题。
