A parking brake sleeve of the self-locking mechanism is in sliding connection with the cylinder body; the push rod pushes a rocker arm of the brake of the commercial vehicle along with the linear sliding of the service braking rack rod; the service braking rack rod penetrates through the self-locking mechanism, a service braking rod baffle is fixedly connected into the self-locking mechanism, and the service braking rod baffle is attached to the parking braking sleeve in the parking state. The parking braking sleeve extends out of the self-locking mechanism, and the part, outside the self-locking mechanism, of the parking braking sleeve is provided with a parking braking tooth part meshed with the parking braking pinion. The parking spring can be locked in a pure mechanical self-locking mode, and the working time of the parking motor is greatly saved.
本发明公开了属于车辆制动控制系统领域的一种商用车行车及驻车机电制动促动装置及制动方法;其中驻车制动电机、行车制动电机和自锁机构的缸体均固接于制动器壳体上;自锁机构的驻车制动套筒和缸体滑动连接;行车制动齿条杆的另一端与推杆铰接,推杆随着行车制动齿条杆的直线滑动推动商用车制动器的摇臂;行车制动齿条杆穿过自锁机构,且在自锁机构内固接有行车制动杆挡板,行车制动杆挡板与驻车制动套筒在驻车状态时贴合;驻车制动套筒伸出自锁机构外,驻车制动套筒在自锁机构外的部分设有与驻车制动小齿轮啮合的驻车制动齿部。本发明通过纯机械自锁的方式可以将驻车弹簧锁住,大大节省了驻车电机的工作时间。
