The invention relates to the technical field of environment monitoring, and discloses an automatic sampling and monitoring buoy which comprises an equipment body, a supporting rod is movably connected to the interior of the equipment body, an air bag is movably connected to the exterior of the supporting rod, a tension plate is movably connected to the lower end of the air bag, and an air conveying pipe is movably connected to the exterior of the air bag. A hose is movably connected to the exterior of the air conveying pipe, an air blower is movably connected to the exterior of the hose, a screw rod is sleeved with a thread sleeve, a winch is movably connected to the interior of the equipment body, a pull rope is movably connected to the exterior of the winch, and a water inlet container is movably connected to the lower end of the pull rope; the lower end of the equipment main body is movably connected with a movable rod, the upper end of the movable rod is movably connected with a stable detection mechanism, and the upper end of the equipment main body is movably connected with a monitoring mechanism. The device has the advantages that water body memory sampling and monitoring can be conducted in time, and meanwhile stability can be maintained when the buoy shakes greatly.
