The invention relates to the technical field of measurement, in particular to a hoisting machinery stroke measuring trolley which comprises a device body, the device body comprises a crane body, a mounting plate is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the crane body, a rotary encoder is fixedly connected to the bottom end of the mounting plate, and a roller is fixedly connected to the left end of the rotary encoder. A buffering mechanism is arranged at the top end of the rolling wheel, the buffering mechanism comprises fixing blocks, and two sets of fixing blocks are fixedly connected to the top end of the rolling wheel. The problems that an existing measuring trolley is generally used for measurement according to the number of rotation turns during measurement, however, due to the fact that hoisting machinery is large in weight and is prone to being pressed into soil during movement, the trolley slides, and the measurement accuracy is reduced are solved. At the moment, the distance between the crane main body and the roller is shortened, so that the roller is prevented from falling into soil and sliding, and the detection accuracy of the device is improved.

    本发明涉及测量技术领域,具体涉及一种起重机械行程测量小车,包括装置主体,所述装置主体包括起重机主体,所述起重机主体底端固连有安装板,所述安装板底端固连有旋转编码器,且旋转编码器左端固连有滚轮,所述滚轮顶端设置有设置有缓冲机构,且缓冲机构包括固定块,所述滚轮顶端固连有两组固定块。本发明解决了现在的测量小车在测量时一般通过其旋转的圈数进行测量,但是由于起重机械重量较大,其在移动时易导致被压入土中,从而使小车进行滑动,降低了测量的准确性的问题,当起重机主体向下移动时,此时起重机主体和滚轮之间的距离缩短,即保证滚轮不会陷入土中从而发生滑动现象,提升了装置在检测时的准确性。
