The method comprises the following steps: S1, obtaining road data of a road on which a photographing vehicle runs and position data of the photographing vehicle on the road; s2, acquiring peripheral data of the photographed vehicle; s3, acquiring position data and vehicle data of a target vehicle; s4, when the position data and the vehicle data of the target vehicle meet preset triggering conditions, recording the vehicle data of the target vehicle; and S5, uploading the vehicle data of the target vehicle to a preset processing platform and storing the vehicle data. The method is based on a high-precision map, vehicle recognition and license plate recognition capabilities, is executed by traffic participants, can capture traffic violation behaviors of violating and occupying the emergency lane for driving anytime and anywhere, and effectively promotes the constraint and standardization of the behaviors of violating and occupying the emergency lane for driving.
本发明公开了基于高精定位和车载感知能力的车辆违章抓拍方法及系统,包括S1、获取拍照车辆行驶道路的道路数据和拍照车辆在该道路上的位置数据;S2、获取拍照车辆的周边数据;S3、获取目标车辆的位置数据和车辆数据;S4、当目标车辆的位置数据和车辆数据符合预设的触发条件,则对目标车辆的车辆数据进行记录;S5、将所述目标车辆的车辆数据上传至预设处理平台并存储。本发明基于高精地图、车辆识别、车牌识别能力,并由交通参与者执行,对违规侵占应急车道行驶的交通违法行为能够做到随时随地抓拍,有效的促进了对于侵占应急车道行驶这种行为的约束和规范。
