In the using process, a crane cavity balance weight is used for hoisting, a fixing rod penetrates through a through hole to extend into a fixing groove, a nut is used for fixing a guide rail and a locking block, meanwhile, cement in a cement cavity and water in a water storage cavity fall into the fixing groove in a staged mode, and under cooperation of a stirring assembly and an incandescent lamp, the cement in the cement cavity and the water in the water storage cavity fall into the fixing groove. And the cement and the water are rapidly solidified, and the fixing rod and the locking block are fixed together.

    本发明提供一种塔机平衡重锁紧装置及其锁紧方法,包括平衡臂,所述平衡臂内部开设有用于放置平衡重的贯穿槽,所述平衡重内部设置有活动伸出的固定杆,所述平衡臂固定设置有若干导轨,所述导轨设置有锁紧块,所述锁紧块内部设置有挡板,所述固定槽内部设置有用于承载固定杆的承载块,所述锁紧块内部设置有活动封住固定槽的封板,所述封板内部开设有存放水泥的水泥腔。本发明的在使用的过程中,使用起重机腔平衡重吊起,使得固定杆穿过通孔深入到固定槽内部,用螺母将导轨和锁紧块固定住,同时水泥腔内部的水泥和储水腔内部的水分阶段的落入固定槽内部,在搅拌组件以及白炽灯的配合下,使得水泥和水快速凝固,将固定杆和锁紧块固定在一起。
