When the technical scheme is adopted, the stress at the weak part of the structure can be reduced, overlarge local stress is avoided, the possibility of crack initiation is reduced, the deformation resistance of the wheel is improved, and the strength and rigidity of the wheel are enhanced; and the wheel weight can be further reduced.
本发明公开了一种轻量化汽车车轮,包括圆环状的环形辐板、空心圆台状的辐框和筒状的轮辋,辐框的大口端依次连接有第一弧形环、第二弧形环、第三弧形环和焊接筒,焊接筒的外壁与轮辋的内壁抵靠并固定连接,辐框的小口端依次连接有反向弧形环和正向弧形环,正向弧形环的内圈边缘与环形辐板的外圈边缘相切并连接,正向弧形环的外圈边缘与反向弧形环的内圈边缘相切并连接,反向弧形环的外圈边缘与辐框的小口端相切并连接。采用以上方案的显著效果时,能减小结构薄弱处的应力,避免局部应力过大,减小裂纹萌生的可能,提高车轮的抗变形抗能力,强化车轮的强度以及刚度;有利于进一步降低车轮重量。
