The invention discloses a high-power wireless charger and a vehicle-mounted end power supply circuit and a control method thereof. The vehicle-mounted end power supply circuit comprises a secondary side coil, an auxiliary coil, a synchronous rectification converter, a secondary side conversion circuit, a first driving circuit, a first auxiliary power supply and a reverse isolation circuit. The secondary coil and the auxiliary coil are coupled with a primary coil in a primary charging circuit of the high-power wireless charger; the auxiliary coil is connected between the first input end and the second input end of the synchronous rectification converter, and the output end of the synchronous rectification converter is connected with the first input end of the reverse isolation circuit; the second input end of the reverse isolation circuit is connected with the vehicle-end ECU power supply, and the output end of the reverse isolation circuit is connected with the first auxiliary power supply; the input end of the first driving circuit is connected with the output end of the first auxiliary power supply. By additionally arranging the auxiliary coil and the synchronous rectification converter, the failure of a power switch tube of secondary equipment can be avoided, and the running safety of high-voltage parts of the whole vehicle in the charging process is reduced.
本发明公开了一种大功率无线充电机及其车载端供电电路和控制方法,该车载端供电电路包括:副边线圈、辅助线圈、同步整流变换器、副边转换电路、第一驱动电路、第一辅助电源及反向隔离电路;副边线圈、辅助线圈与大功率无线充电机的原边充电电路中的原边线圈耦合;辅助线圈连接在同步整流变换器的第一输入端和第二输入端之间,同步整流变换器的输出端与反向隔离电路的第一输入端连接;反向隔离电路的第二输入端与车端ECU供电电源连接,其输出端与第一辅助电源连接;第一驱动电路的输入端与第一辅助电源的输出端连接。通过增设辅助线圈和同步整流变换器,能避免副边设备功率开关管失效,降低充电过程中整车高压零部件运行的安全性。
