The scrapped vehicle wheel dismounting mechanism comprises a main shaft, a first driving wheel is arranged on the main shaft, one end of the main shaft is rotationally connected with the circle center of a mounting disc, and the other end of the main shaft is in transmission connection with a rotating air cylinder main shaft; the transmission shaft is rotatably arranged on the fixing block, and the fixing block is connected with the mounting disc; the sliding grooves are formed in the mounting disc in an annular array mode with the main shaft as the circle center, and sliding blocks are movably arranged in the sliding grooves; the retainer is of an L-shaped structure formed by a horizontal section and a vertical section; and the rotating wheel is rotatably arranged on the mounting disc. A sliding groove and a sliding block are arranged on a mounting disc, a main shaft is arranged on the sliding block, a fifth driving wheel, a driving sleeve and a screw rod are linked to rotate by rotating a rotating wheel, and the sliding block is finally driven to move along the sliding groove under the action of a shifting fork and a retainer, so that the distance between the sleeve and the circle center is adjusted; and the whole device can be suitable for different types of vehicle hubs, and the universality of the whole device is greatly improved.

    本发明公开了一种报废车辆车轮拆卸机构,包括主轴,其上设置有第一驱动轮,所述主轴一端与安装盘圆心可转动连接,另一端与旋转气缸主轴传动连接;传动轴,其可转动的设置在固定块上,所述固定块与安装盘连接;滑槽,其以主轴为圆心环形阵列在安装盘上,所述滑槽内活动设置有滑块;保持架,其为由水平段和竖直段构成的“L”结构;转轮,其可转动的设置安装盘上。本发明通过在安装盘上设置滑槽和滑块,并且主轴设置在滑块上,通过转动转轮联动第五驱动轮、驱动套和螺杆转动,在拔叉和保持架的作用下,最终驱动滑块沿滑槽移动,实现了调节套筒与圆心的距离,使得整个装置能够适用于不同的类型的车辆轮毂,极大的提高整个装置的通用性。
