The invention belongs to the technical field of long-shaft vertical pump hoisting, and particularly relates to a device for hoisting a long-shaft vertical pump and a hoisting method thereof.The device comprises foundation slabs which are arranged in pairs, distributed on the two opposite sides of a hoisting hole and fixed to the ground; the arc-shaped supporting plates correspond to the foundation bottom plates one to one, one ends of the arc-shaped supporting plates are rotationally connected to the foundation bottom plates, the other ends of the arc-shaped supporting plates are of inwards-concave arc-shaped structures, and the radian of the arc-shaped structures is larger than the corresponding radian of a pump body of the long-shaft vertical pump and smaller than the corresponding radian of a pump body bearing seat of the long-shaft vertical pump; the buffering mechanism is arranged on the foundation bottom plate, located on the outer side of the arc-shaped supporting plate and used for enabling the arc-shaped supporting plate to rotate inwards by not larger than 90 degrees and buffering the arc-shaped supporting plate; and the baffle is arranged on the arc-shaped supporting plate. According to the invention, safe hoisting can be realized, high-altitude falling can be prevented, and safe operation can be realized when a hoisting point is replaced; the stability of the pump body in the hoisting process is improved, and safety is improved.

    本发明属于长轴立式泵吊装技术领域,具体涉及一种吊装长轴立式泵的装置及其吊装方法,装置包括:基础底板,其成对设置并分布在吊装孔的相对两侧,且其固定在地面上;弧形支撑板,其与所述基础底板一一对应,且其一端转动连接在所述基础底板上,另一端为内凹的弧形结构,且该弧形结构的弧度大于长轴立式泵的泵体相应弧度,小于长轴立式泵的泵体轴承座的相应弧度;缓冲机构,其设置在所述基础底板上,且位于所述弧形支撑板的外侧,用于使所述弧形支撑板向内作不大于90°转动并对其进行缓冲;挡板,其设置在弧形支撑板上。本发明既能实现安全吊装,又能防止其高空坠落,并能使其在更换吊点时安全操作;提高吊装过程泵体稳定性,提高安全性。
