The invention discloses a low-noise tire and a preparation method thereof, the low-noise tire comprises diene rubber, silicon dioxide particles, polylactic acid particles, sulfur and a vulcanization accelerator, and the average particle size of the polylactic acid particles is 40-60 microns. The rubber composition adopted by the tire contains polylactic acid particles and silicon dioxide particles with specific sizes, so that the noise of the tire is remarkably reduced, and the fuel economy and the wear resistance of the tire are improved.

    本发明公开了一种低噪声轮胎及其制备方法,所述低噪声轮胎中包含二烯类橡胶、二氧化硅颗粒、聚乳酸颗粒、硫和硫化促进剂,所述聚乳酸颗粒的平均粒径为40‑60微米。本发明的轮胎所采用的橡胶组合物中包含了特定大小的聚乳酸颗粒和二氧化硅颗粒,显著降低了轮胎噪音,提高了轮胎的燃料经济性和耐磨性。
