The invention discloses a tsunami early warning and monitoring system. The tsunami early warning and monitoring system comprises a tsunami detector, a mooring buoy and a shore station data receiving system, the tsunami detector is fixed on the seabed and is used for measuring the sea level height, processing data and judging and reporting tsunami waves; the anchor system buoy is anchored near the tsunami detector, floats on the sea surface, receives data sent by the tsunami detector, and transmits the data to the shore station data receiving system after identification and editing processing; meanwhile, the mooring buoy receives a shore station instruction and forwards the instruction to the tsunami detector in real time; and the shore station data receiving system is arranged on the land, receives the data sent by the mooring buoy, and decodes, classifies, stores and displays the data. The tsunami wave forecasting system can monitor tiny changes of the sea level height, has the function of automatically identifying tsunami waves, can improve the accuracy and timeliness of tsunami forecasting, and can realize early discovery, real-time early warning and continuous monitoring of the tsunami waves.
本发明公开了一种海啸预警监测系统,包括海啸检测仪、锚系浮标和岸站数据接收系统。所述海啸检测仪固定在海底,测量海平面高度、进行数据处理、海啸波判断和报告;所述锚系浮标锚定在海啸检测仪附近,浮标浮在海面,接收海啸检测仪发送的数据,经过识别、编辑处理后传送到岸站数据接收系统;同时锚系浮标接收岸站指令,实时转发指令给海啸检测仪;所述岸站数据接收系统设置在陆地上,接收锚系浮标发送的数据,并对数据进行解码、分类、存储、显示等。本发明可以监测到海平面高度的微小变化,具有自动识别海啸波的功能,能够提高海啸预报的准确性和时效性,能够实现海啸波的早期发现、实时预警和连续监测。
