The waste heat utilization device comprises a gas inlet pipe and a gas outlet pipe which communicate with an engine, a mounting sleeve is mounted on the gas outlet pipe, an annular mounting groove is formed in the mounting sleeve, and a heat exchange pipe is fixedly mounted in the annular mounting groove; the two ends of the heat exchange pipe communicate with a heat exchange pipe water inlet pipe and a heat exchange pipe water outlet pipe correspondingly, a supporting sealing ring matched with the air outlet pipe is fixedly installed in the installation sleeve, and the upper end of the heat exchange pipe water outlet pipe communicates with a pressure adjusting base. The system has the advantages that cold water in the heat exchange pipe can be heated by utilizing heat in waste gas, and heated water is guided into a ship heating system, so that waste heat in the waste gas is effectively utilized, the problem of energy waste is avoided, and the economic benefit of an LNG fuel power ship is improved; and the heat exchange time of water and waste gas in the heat exchange pipe and the operation of feeding hot water into the ship heating system do not need to be manually controlled, and the automation degree is high.
本发明公开了一种LNG内燃动力船舶的余热利用装置,包括连通在发动机上的进气管以及出气管,所述出气管上安装有安装套,且安装套内开设有环形安装槽,所述环形安装槽内固定安装有换热管,所述换热管的两端分别连通有换热管进水管、换热管出水管,所述安装套内固定安装有与出气管相配合的支撑密封环,所述换热管出水管上端连通有调压座。优点在于:可利用废气中的热量对换热管中的冷水进行加热,并将加热后的水导向船舶供暖系统中,有效实现了对废气中余热的利用,避免了能源浪费问题,提高了LNG燃料动力船舶的经济效益,且换热管中水分与废气的热量交换时间以及热水送入船舶供暖系统中的操作均无需人工控制,自动化程度较高。
