The invention discloses a method for adjusting the axis of a super-large-diameter single-pile composite cylinder. The method comprises the following steps that an axis module vehicle, a first bearing beam, a second bearing beam, a storage rack and a transfer storage rack are assembled; a plurality of first bearing beams, shelves and second bearing beams are placed on the lower portion of the top of the composite cylinder in an overlapped mode, a fulcrum is placed at the lower end of the top of the composite cylinder, and the top of the composite cylinder is slowly jacked; the two first bearing beams are withdrawn, and the whole composite cylinder inclines towards the top; the top is separated from the shelving point, the first bearing beam located at the uppermost end is taken out, the module vehicle descends till the top position of the composite cylinder makes contact with the shelving point, and the second bearing beams are all withdrawn; the first cushion blocks are sequentially withdrawn until the inclined plane of the conical section of the composite cylinder is in a horizontal state; square timber is placed, and the composite cylinder is adjusted in place. The axis of the super-large-diameter single-pile composite cylinder can be adjusted only through two fulcrums and one module vehicle, dispatching tools with the same height are used, the risk coefficient of roll-roll boarding is reduced, and the operation cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种超大直径单桩复合筒轴线调整方法,包括以下步骤:拼装轴线模块车、第一垫梁、第二垫梁、搁架、转运搁架;在复合筒顶部的下方叠加放置多个第一垫梁,放置搁架、放置第二垫梁,将支点放置在复合筒顶部的下端,将复合筒的顶部缓慢顶升;撤出两个第一垫梁,复合筒整体向顶部倾斜;顶部脱离搁置点,取出位于最上端的第一垫梁,将模块车下降,直至复合筒的顶部位置与搁置点接触,第二垫梁被全部撤出;第一垫块依次撤出,至复合筒的锥段倾斜面呈水平状态位置;放置方木,复合筒调整到位。本发明仅依靠两个支点和一台模块车,便可实现对超大直径单桩复合筒轴线的调整,使用高度相同的发运工装,降低滚装上船的风险系数,降低作业成本。
