The plurality of semiconductor modules are disposed on the electrical connection wiring or at a position on the peripheral side of the electrical connection wiring and on the central side of the motor connection wiring, and at least a portion of the electrodes of the plurality of semiconductor modules are mounted on the electrical connection wiring.
