The invention discloses a steering engine vibration isolation base designed based on an extremely-small curved surface lattice structure. The steering engine vibration isolation base comprises a lamellar extremely-small curved surface composite lattice structure. The composite lattice structure comprises a soft phase part and a hard phase part; the hard-phase part is of an extremely-small curved surface lattice structure formed by array of lamellar extremely-small curved surface unit cells made of a hard material in a three-dimensional space, and the soft-phase part is of a soft material filled in the extremely-small curved surface lattice structure; the base can meet the requirement for the vibration isolation function, has the protection and weight reduction functions, and can effectively reduce the overall mass, reduce the structural complexity and improve the operation efficiency of an aircraft.

    本发明公开了一种基于极小曲面点阵结构设计的舵机隔振底座,包括片层极小曲面复合点阵结构;所述复合点阵结构包括软相部分和硬相部分;所述硬相部分为由硬质材料制作的片层极小曲面单胞在三维空间内阵列形成的极小曲面点阵结构,所述软相部分为填充于所述极小曲面点阵结构内的软质材料;本发明的底座能够满足隔振功能需求,同兼具防护与减重功能,能够有效降低整体质量,降低结构复杂度,提升航行器运行效率。
