The invention relates to the technical field of helicopter part installation, in particular to an installation method of a light helicopter fuel tank, which comprises the following steps of: determining a gravity center position A of the fuel tank in a full oil state and a gravity center position B of the fuel tank in a vacant state; measuring an offset distance a between the gravity center position A and the gravity center position B in the same vertical plane, measuring an offset distance b between the gravity center position A and the gravity center position B in the same horizontal plane, and enabling the offset distance a to be smaller than the offset distance b; and determining a gravity center limit space, installing the fuel tank in the truss, and positioning the gravity center position A and the gravity center position B in the conical space measured in the step 3. The installation method of the light helicopter fuel tank is used for improving control over the gravity center of the whole helicopter body and the gravity center position of the fuel tank when the fuel tank and the truss are installed in a combined mode, reducing the influence of gravity center change of the fuel tank in the full oil or vacant state on the gravity center of the helicopter body, and improving the stability of a helicopter in the flying state.
本发明涉及直升机零部件安装技术领域,具体为一种轻型直升机燃料箱的安装方法,包括以下步骤:确定燃料箱满油状态下的重心位置A,以及燃料箱空置状态下的重心位置B;测量重心位置A与重心位置B在同一垂直平面下的偏距a,测量重心位置A与重心位置B在同一水平平面下的偏距b,使偏距a小于偏距b;重心极限空间确定,将燃料箱安装入桁架内,且使重心位置A、重心位置B位于步骤3测出的锥形空间内。该轻型直升机燃料箱的安装方法,用以提高燃料箱与桁架结合安装时,对整体机身重心以及燃料箱重心位置的把控,降低燃料箱在满油或空置状态下的重心变化对机身重心的影响,提高直升机在飞行状态下的平稳度。
