The satellite on-orbit automatic shading thermal control device comprises a satellite body mechanism, an automatic unfolding and folding mechanism and a wave-transparent heat dissipation baffle. The star body mechanism is connected with the wave-transparent heat dissipation baffle through the automatic unfolding and folding mechanism, the wave-transparent heat dissipation baffle comprises wave-transparent nanometer thermal control films and a wave-transparent honeycomb, and the wave-transparent nanometer thermal control films are arranged on the two planes of the wave-transparent honeycomb. Reflection of a satellite to the floor is greatly reduced, light is effectively shielded, the heat dissipation area is increased, and satellite sun shading and heat dissipation are facilitated.
