The invention discloses a vehicle abnormal boarding behavior detection method and device and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of vehicle supervision, and is used for detecting an abnormal boarding behavior of a target vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, determining that a target vehicle has a parking behavior; and according to the relationship between the parking behavior of the target vehicle and the fixed station, determining whether the target vehicle has an abnormal boarding behavior or not.
