The invention discloses a lifting hook movement route planning system which comprises a PLC system, a lifting hook driving control unit, an environment acquisition unit and a lifting hook position acquisition unit. The environment acquisition unit comprises a plurality of cameras arranged on a tower crane and is used for acquiring a field environment and then sending the field environment to the PLC system through the information transmission unit to establish an environment three-dimensional model; the lifting hook position acquisition unit comprises a positioning base station and a positioning label arranged on a lifting hook, the positioning base station sends the sensed lifting hook position to the PLC system through the information transmission unit, and the PLC system obtains the three-dimensional coordinate position of the lifting hook through coordinate conversion calculation; the PLC system establishes a three-dimensional environment stereoscopic model, and the three-dimensional coordinates of the plurality of lifting hooks are displayed in the three-dimensional environment stereoscopic model; according to the coordinate positions of other lifting hooks, a reasonable movement route of the lifting hook is obtained through a path planning algorithm in the PLC system, an instruction is sent to the lifting hook driving control unit, and the lifting hook driving control unit drives the tower crane to operate according to the planned movement route.

    本发明公开了一种吊钩运动路线规划系统,包括PLC系统、吊钩驱动控制单元、环境采集单元、吊钩位置采集单元;环境采集单元为设置在塔吊上的若干摄像头,用于采集现场环境后通过信息传输单元发送给PLC系统建立环境立体模型;吊钩位置采集单元包括定位基站和吊钩上设置的定位标签,定位基站将感应到的吊钩位置通过信息传输单元发送给PLC系统,PLC系统经过坐标转换计算得到吊钩的三维坐标位置;PLC系统建立三维环境立体模型,且若干个吊钩的三维坐标皆处于三维环境立体模型中显示;根据其他吊钩的坐标位置,通过PLC系统中的路径规划算法得到吊钩的合理运动路线,并发出指令给吊钩驱动控制单元,吊钩驱动控制单元驱动塔吊按照规划的运动路线运行。
