The invention provides a power supply module. The power supply module comprises a shell and a power conversion assembly, the power conversion assembly is located in an inner cavity of the shell. At least one side wall of the shell is a heat dissipation wall, the heat dissipation wall is provided with a cooling channel, and the cooling channel is isolated relative to the inner cavity. The shell further comprises a water inlet and a water outlet which are communicated with the outside, and the cooling channel is communicated between the water inlet and the water outlet. The distance between the power conversion assembly and the heat dissipation wall is smaller than or equal to a preset distance, and in the direction perpendicular to the plane where the heat dissipation wall is located, the projection of the power conversion assembly on the heat dissipation wall at least partially coincides with the circulation path of the cooling channel. The cooling channel of the power module is located outside the shell, the space of the inner cavity is not occupied, and the leakage phenomenon is avoided. And meanwhile, the area and distance between the cooling channel and the power conversion assembly are matched, so that the heat dissipation effect of the heat dissipation wall on the power conversion assembly is ensured. The invention also provides a vehicle equipped with the power supply module and equipment.
