The invention discloses an intelligent lifting appliance of a tower crane and an electric unlocking rope control method of the intelligent lifting appliance. The lifting appliance comprises a shell, an image acquisition module, a distance measurement module, a positioning module, a weighing module, an obstacle avoidance module and an electric rotation module, wherein the image acquisition module, the distance measurement module, the positioning module, the weighing module, the obstacle avoidance module and the electric rotation module are arranged in the shell; a wireless communication module is arranged at the top of the shell, and a man-machine interaction module is arranged on one side of the wireless communication module; the output end of the electric rotation module penetrates through the bottom of the shell and is connected with the lifting appliance, and an electric rope unlocking mechanism is arranged on one side of the lifting appliance and used for unlocking a material rope on the lifting appliance. The wireless communication module is connected with a control module in the tower crane and used for sending data collected by the image collection module, the distance measurement module, the obstacle avoidance module, the man-machine interaction module, the positioning module and the weighing module to the control module and receiving control parameters returned by the control module to regulate and control the rotation angle of the electric rotation module and start and stop of the electric rope unlocking mechanism. The intelligent lifting appliance can complete autonomous lifting, conveying and accurate blanking work, and the efficiency and safety of tower crane operation are effectively improved.

    本申请公开了一种塔机智能吊具及其电动解锁绳控制方法,吊具包括:壳体和设于壳体内的图像采集模块、测距模块、定位模块、称重模块、避障模块和电动回转模块;壳体顶部设有无线通信模块,无线通信模块的一侧设有人机交互模块;电动回转模块的输出端穿过壳体底部并连接吊具,吊具的一侧设有电动解锁绳机构,用于解锁吊具上的物料绳;无线通信模块与塔机中的控制模块相连,用于将图像采集模块、测距模块、避障模块、人机交互模块、定位模块和称重模块采集的数据发送到控制模块,并接收控制模块返回的控制参数调控电动回转模块的旋转角度和电动解锁绳机构的启停。该智能吊具可以完成自主吊挂、运送和精确落料工作,有效提高塔机作业的效率和安全性。
