A liquid cooling charging device with multiple charging connectors comprises a cooling circulation device, a plurality of charging connectors, a plurality of liquid supply pipelines, a plurality of liquid return pipelines, a plurality of valves and a control unit. The cooling circulation device is provided with a liquid supply side and a liquid return side. Each charging connector comprises a charging gun head and a charging gun cable with a liquid inlet end and a liquid outlet end. The first end of each liquid supply pipeline is connected with a liquid supply side, and the second end of each liquid supply pipeline is correspondingly connected with the liquid inlet end of each charging cable. The first end of each liquid return pipeline is correspondingly connected with the liquid outlet end of the corresponding charging cable, and the second end of each liquid return pipeline is connected with the liquid return side. And the valves are correspondingly arranged in the liquid supply pipelines. The control unit is coupled to the valve and the charging connector. When the charging connector is used for charging, the control unit controls the corresponding valve to be opened, so that low-temperature cooling liquid flowing out of the cooling circulation device through the liquid supply side cools the charging gun heads through the liquid supply pipelines. The invention further relates to an operation method of the liquid cooling charging equipment with the multiple charging connectors.
