The power supply system comprises a vehicle-mounted battery pack, a battery replacement battery pack, a power supply converter, a master control module, a power supply distributor and a connecting wire, the master control module can communicate with a vehicle controller, a vehicle-mounted battery pack, a battery-replacing battery pack, a power distributor PDU and a power converter, the vehicle-mounted battery pack and the battery-replacing battery pack are coordinated to supply power to a vehicle motor independently or jointly, or the battery-replacing battery pack supplements power to the vehicle-mounted battery pack through the power converter. According to the electric vehicle power supply system, the mode that the vehicle-mounted battery pack serves as a main power supply is changed, the vehicle-mounted battery pack is designed to be small in electric quantity, and vehicle-electricity separation is preliminarily achieved; the high-capacity quick-change battery pack is used as a main power supply, can directly supply power to a motor of the whole vehicle and can also supplement power to the vehicle-mounted battery pack, the driving mileage of the electric vehicle is quickly increased, and the mileage anxiety of a driver is eliminated.
本发明公开了一种换电电动汽车用电源系统及其控制方法,包括:车载电池包、换电电池包、电源变换器、总控模块、电源分配器和连接线;总控模块能与整车控制器、车载电池包、换电电池包、电源分配器PDU和电源变换器进行通讯,协调车载电池包、换电电池包单独或者联合为整车电机供电,或通过电源变换器由换电电池包为车载电池包补充电;本发明提供的电动汽车电源系统改变了车载电池包为主供电源的模式,将车载电池包设计成小电量,初步实现车电分离;采用大容量快换电电池包作为主供电源,不但能够直接为整车电机供电,还能为车载电池包补充电,快速增加电动汽车的行驶里程,消除驾驶员的里程焦虑。
