In the equalization control process, the actual equalization duty ratio is dynamically adjusted, the equalization time is continuously changed, and the highest temperature of the equalization circuit board is not easy to be too high, so that the equalization control is not easy to close, the equalization efficiency is improved, and the consistency of the power battery is improved.
