The invention has the following beneficial effects: quantitative natural rubber and polybutadiene rubber are mixed with quantitative carbon black, paraffin, vulcanizing agent, vulcanization accelerator and anti-aging agent for mixing preparation, durability is increased, no crack or peeling phenomenon is generated on the tread, use durability is improved, quantitative graphene is added in the production process, the production cost is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The static conductive capability of the tire is greatly improved, the static electricity of a vehicle body can be timely guided out, damage and even fire breakout of parts in the vehicle caused by static electricity accumulation are avoided, and the use safety and stability are improved.

    本发明公开了一种重载导静电实心轮胎胎面胶料及其制备方法,按照质量份计算:天然橡胶80‑100份,聚丁二烯橡胶80‑100份,石墨烯10‑15份,炭黑60‑80份,石蜡5‑10份,硫化剂2‑4份,硫化促进剂2‑4份,防老化剂1‑2份。本发明的有益效果是:通过将定量的天然橡胶和聚丁二烯橡胶,混入定量的碳黑、石蜡,硫化剂、硫化促进剂、防老化剂,进行混合制备后,增加了耐用性,且胎面不会产生裂纹和起皮的现象,提高使用耐久性,同时在生产过程中加入定量石墨烯,使得轮胎导静电能力大大提高,便于将车身静电及时导出,避免静电堆积导致车辆内部零件损坏甚至起火,提高使用的安全性和稳定性。
