The present invention is provided with: a fluid pressure cylinder (41); a fluid pressure unit (42); a track clamping device opening/closing detector (60) for detecting the operating state of a track clamping device for clamping a track (4); and a travel brake opening/closing detector (70) for detecting the operating state of a travel brake provided to a travel drive motor of a track travel-type facility. And a travel speed detector (80) for detecting the travel speed of the track travel type equipment, and further provided with a simple controller (90). And a simple controller (90) for outputting a control signal (90a) to the fluid pressure unit (42) on the basis of the operating state of the rail clamping device detected by the rail clamping device opening/closing detector (60), the operating state of the travel brake detected by the travel brake opening/closing detector (70), and the travel speed detected by the travel speed detector (80).

    本发明具备流体压压力缸(41)、流体压单元(42)、检测夹持轨道(4)的轨道夹紧装置的工作状态的轨道夹紧装置开闭检测器(60)、检测被在轨道行进式设备的行进驱动马达处设置的行进制动器的工作状态的行进制动器开闭检测器(70)、检测轨道行进式设备的行进速度的行进速度检测器(80),进而,还具备简易控制器(90),前述简易控制器(90)基于由轨道夹紧装置开闭检测器(60)检测的轨道夹紧装置的工作状态、由行进制动器开闭检测器(70)检测的行进制动器的工作状态、由行进速度检测器(80)检测的行进速度向流体压单元(42)输出控制信号(90a)。
