The invention discloses a railway turnout intelligent error correction system, the error correction system comprises a hardware part and a software part, the hardware part comprises an acquisition module and an LED turnout display large screen, the acquisition module is composed of a PLC processor and an IO module, and the acquisition module comprises a sensor, an optical fiber communication module and a converter. The error correction system collects the field state of the turnout through electric signal connection of the sensor, the optical fiber communication module and the converter. The invention further discloses an error correction method of the railway turnout intelligent error correction system, the states of turnout equipment on all rails are monitored in real time, and the command center judges whether the turnout on the rail to be used is completely closed or not according to route selection and makes an accurate instruction for whether traffic can be conducted or not. According to the intelligent early warning system for the turnout, the defects of omission, negligence and improper detection easily caused by pure manual detection are completely avoided, and the workload of tedious on-site one-by-one detection and troubleshooting is reduced. The production efficiency is improved while the production safety is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种铁路道岔智能纠错系统,所述纠错系统包括硬件部分和软件部分,所述硬件部分包括PLC处理器、IO模块组成的采集模块和LED道岔显示大屏,所述采集模块内包括传感器、光纤通信模块、转换器,所述纠错系统通过传感器、光纤通信模块、转换器的电信号连接采集道岔现场状态;本发明还公开了一种铁路道岔智能纠错系统的纠错方法,实时监控所有轨道上的道岔设备状态,指挥中心根据路线选择,判断即将使用的轨道上的道岔是否完全闭合,对于能否通车,做出准确的指令,道岔智能预警系统完全避免了单纯人工检测容易产生遗漏、疏忽、不到位的弊端,更减少了繁琐的现场逐个检测排查的工作量。保证生产安全的同时提高生产效率。
