The invention discloses a forklift intelligent urgent danger avoiding auxiliary system, which relates to the field of forklift urgent danger avoiding, and comprises the steps of acquiring real-time information of a forklift operation state, acquiring real-time information of a surrounding environment when the forklift operates, calculating an urgent danger avoiding critical value under a current vehicle condition, and judging an occurrence level of a dangerous condition. Forklift braking measures are triggered to realize intelligent control; forklift driving information and target object information in a driving environment are collected through a vehicle-mounted sensor and a radar sensor, an urgent danger avoiding critical value under the current vehicle condition is calculated according to the transverse safety distance and the longitudinal safety distance under the driving condition, the current dangerous working condition is judged through a threshold value method, and the driving safety of the forklift is improved. When the vehicle-mounted brake receives the emergency braking instruction, the braking system is automatically triggered for braking, and the braking force of the brake is adjusted in the braking process, so that a good braking attachment effect is obtained, and the accident risk caused by collision between the forklift and other objects and people can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开了一种叉车智能紧急避险辅助系统,涉及叉车紧急避险领域,本发明包括获取叉车运行状态的实时信息,获取叉车运行时周围环境的实时信息,计算当前车况下的紧急避险临界值,对危险状况发生等级进行判别,触发叉车制动措施实现智能控制;本发明通过车载传感器与雷达传感器采集叉车行车信息以及行车环境内的目标物信息,根据行车状况下的横向安全距离以及纵向安全距离,计算当前车况下的紧急避险临界值,通过阈值法来判别当前的危险工况,当车载制动器接收到紧急制动指令时,自主且自动触发制动系统进行制动,并在制动过程中对制动器制动力进行调节,以此获得较好的制动附着效果,可有效防止叉车与其他物体及人相撞发生事故风险。
