A vehicle occupant injury prevention structure is provided, the injury prevention structure including: a lower member and an upper member that distribute an impact of a vehicle; and a plate forming a bottom surface of the vehicle, where the upper member and the lower member are in contact with the plate to form a closed cross section between each member and the plate, a position where the plate is in contact with a rear end of the upper member and a position where the plate is in contact with a front end of the lower member at least partially overlap each other to form a collision deformation support shaft. Accordingly, even if the cross-section of the upper member is reduced, it is possible to prevent the legs of the first row or the front row of occupants from being injured. In addition, the first-row space of the vehicle can be further reduced, and therefore the rear-row seats and the cargo loading space are guaranteed.
