The disclosure provides a fleet inspection and maintenance mobile robot. Systems and methods for fleet inspection and maintenance using a robot are provided. The robot may detect a maintenance issue for a vehicle in a fleet of vehicles via one or more sensors, generate a navigation route to a location proximal to the maintenance issue for the vehicle, traverse to the location along the navigation route, and perform maintenance to correct the maintenance issue for the vehicle. The robot may include a mobile base that is removably coupled to the modular platform to perform maintenance tasks.
