The invention discloses an adjustable feeding device for intelligent manufacturing. The adjustable feeding device comprises a feeding frame, and a movable frame and a lifting table are arranged at the top of the feeding frame. The lifting platform and the clamping mechanism can be adjusted to move up and down at the same time through the lifting mechanism, a to-be-machined object is placed on the top of the lifting platform, the clamping mechanism is adjusted to move upwards through the lifting mechanism, when the clamping mechanism moves to the inner side of the movable frame, the to-be-machined object can be automatically clamped through the clamping mechanism, and when the clamping mechanism moves out of the inner side of the movable frame, the to-be-machined object can be automatically clamped through the clamping mechanism. According to the feeding device, clamping can be automatically relieved, the to-be-machined object can be automatically clamped during feeding, the clamped to-be-machined object can be fixed and relieved during discharging, and therefore the production efficiency can be effectively improved, the height of the movable frame is adjusted through the adjusting mechanism, the height of the clamping mechanism when the to-be-machined object is clamped is changed, and the machining efficiency is improved. And therefore, the to-be-machined object can be clamped at different heights, the height of the to-be-machined object can be conveniently adjusted, and the applicability of the feeding device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种智能制造用可调节上料装置,包括上料架,所述上料架顶部设置有活动框、以及升降台。通过升降机构可调节升降台与夹紧机构同时上下移动,将待加工物件放置在升降台顶部,通过升降机构调节夹紧机构向上移动,当夹紧机构移动至活动框内侧时,通过夹紧机构可将待加工物件自动夹紧,当夹紧机构从活动框内侧移出时,夹紧可自动解除,该上料装置可在上料时将待加工物件自动夹紧,在下料时将夹紧的待加工物件固定解除,从而可有效地提高生产效率,通过调节机构调节活动框的高度,改变夹紧机构对待加工物件夹紧时的高度,从而可将待加工物件在不同高度处将待加工物件夹紧,便于调节待加工物件的高度,提高上料装置的适用性。
