The invention provides a low-thermal-deformation floatable brake disc which comprises a friction ring, a first side face and a second side face. The friction ring is used for being in friction with a wheel so as to slow down movement of the wheel, and the friction ring is provided with a first side face. The disc cap is used for connecting a hub bearing and a wheel, and the disc cap is attached to the first side face of the friction ring; and the locking assembly is used for locking and fixing the friction ring and the disc cap. According to the brake disc, the friction ring and the disc cap are of the split structure, when the friction ring is heated to deform, heat transferred to the disc cap by the friction ring is small, independent deformation of the friction ring is achieved, deformation of the friction ring can be recovered, and deformation of the disc cap is small, so that the friction ring is not prone to deformation. Compared with an existing brake disc with a friction ring and a disc cap integrated, the brake disc with the friction ring and the disc cap separated is smaller in deformation; single-time braking thermal deformation or continuous braking thermal deformation of the brake disc is thermal deformation of the friction ring, the deformation amount of the disc cap is small, and therefore the deformation amount of the brake disc is reduced, and the phenomenon that the brake disc shakes is reduced.

    本发明提供一种低热变形可浮动式制动盘,所述低热变形可浮动式制动盘包括:摩擦环,用于与车轮摩擦以减缓车轮运动,所述摩擦环设有第一侧面;盘帽,用于连接轮毂轴承和车轮,所述盘帽与所述摩擦环的所述第一侧面贴合;及锁紧组件,用于将摩擦环和盘帽锁紧固定。本发明的制动盘的摩擦环和盘帽是分体结构,当摩擦环受热变形时,使得摩擦环传递至盘帽的热量较少,实现摩擦环单独变形,摩擦环的变形可恢复,盘帽的变形较小,因此,本发明摩擦环和盘帽分开的制动盘相对于现有的摩擦环和盘帽一体化制动盘变形更小;制动盘单次制动热变形或连续制动热变形,均为摩擦环受热变形,盘帽的变形量较小,从而减少制动盘的变形量,以减少制动盘出现抖动的现象。
