The invention relates to an aircraft measuring point making and marking device and a using method, the making and marking device comprises a rigid cylindrical shell and a point punching rod, the front end of the cylindrical shell is open, the bottom of the cylindrical shell is provided with a central through hole, the front end of the cylindrical shell is provided with an elastic marking ring, and the point punching rod is a step rod; the cylindrical shell is connected to the middle of the punching point rod in a sleeved mode through a bottom center through hole, the compression spring is arranged between the middle of the punching point rod and the inner side of the bottom of the cylindrical shell, the conical punching nail is arranged at the front end of the punching point rod, the conical front end of the conical punching nail is matched with an airplane measuring point punching point mark in size, and the rear end of the punching point rod is of a circular truncated cone structure. A conical punching nail at the front end of a punching point rod forms a mark point on the surface of a fuselage, and an elastic mark ring at the front end of a cylindrical shell forms an annular mark of a measuring point on the surface of an airplane.

    一种飞机测量点的制取标记装置及使用方法,所述的制取标记装置含有刚性的圆筒状外壳和冲点杆,圆筒状外壳的前端开敞,底部有中心通孔,圆筒状外壳的前端设有弹性标记环,冲点杆是一个台阶杆,圆筒状外壳通过底部中心通孔套接在冲点杆的中部,在冲点杆的中部和圆筒状外壳底部内侧之间设有压紧弹簧,冲点杆的前端是锥形冲钉,锥形冲钉的锥形前端与飞机测量点冲点标记的尺寸匹配,冲点杆的后端是圆台结构,用冲点杆前端的锥形冲钉在机身表面形成标记点,用圆筒状外壳前端的弹性标记环在飞机表面形成测量点的环形标记。
