The invention belongs to the field of road traffic safety, and particularly relates to a highway potential safety hazard automatic identification and early warning system based on passenger transport data, which is characterized in that historical data are analyzed and organized based on historical GPS data of highway transport, and the traffic safety degree of a road section in a driving road section is obtained; a neural network model is used for determining road sections where traffic accidents easily occur on a driving road, and a vehicle-mounted GPS is matched to a GIS map, so that the driving safety of a driver and passengers on dangerous road sections is effectively improved; a complete process is carried out from position information storage, transmission, position positioning and early warning of the accident-prone road section to final accident transmission processing, and the problem that the vehicle is not timely warned in the accident-prone road section is solved. Meanwhile, real-time video transmission is carried out on a traffic accident to occur, the video is sent to a background for further accident safety processing, and real-time video data and vehicle GPS positioning are continuously combined with historical operation data to update the position of an accident road section.

    本发明属于道路交通安全领域,具体涉及一种基于客运数据的公路安全隐患自动识别与预警系统,该方法基于公路运输历史GPS数据,对历史数据进行分析整理出行驶路段中路段的交通安全程度,利用神经网络模型确定好行驶道路上容易发生交通事故的路段,并结合车载GPS匹配到GIS地图上,有效提高驾驶员和乘客在危险路段行驶的安全性,从事故多发路段位置信息存储、传输、位置定位以及提前预警到最后发生事故传输处理进行了一个完整的过程,解决了车辆在事故多发路段没有及时得到预警的问题。同时对将要发生的交通事故进行实时视频传输,并发送到后台进一步对事故安全处理,并且将实时视频数据以及对与车辆GPS定位,不断结合历史运行数据更新事故路段的位置。
