The method comprises the following steps: carrying out segmented positioning on a tail shaft, carrying out data acquisition on a guide wheel wing plate on a segment and a segment installation line position, carrying out simulated installation on the ship energy-saving guide wheel, and pre-repairing the allowance of the energy-saving guide wheel; installing a positioning auxiliary tool of the energy-saving guide wheel, positioning and hoisting the energy-saving guide wheel by taking the center of a propeller shaft as a reference, and assembling and welding according to design requirements; and after sanding and paint spraying, positioning and mounting the tail shaft section by taking the center of the propeller shaft as a reference. According to the technical scheme, the influence of guide wheel construction on cabin irradiation in the ship building process can be reduced, the ship irradiation dock period is shortened, the installation safety risk is further reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.
本发明提供一种船舶节能导轮的地面安装方法,通过进行尾轴分段定位,对分段上的导轮翼板与分段安装线位置进行数据采集,进行船舶节能导轮模拟安装,预修节能导轮余量;安装所述节能导轮的定位辅助工装,以桨轴中心为基准定位吊装节能导轮,并按设计要求进行装配焊接;打砂喷漆后,以桨轴中心为基准进行定位安装尾轴分段。本发明技术方案,能够减少船舶建造过程中导轮施工对机舱照光的影响,缩短船舶照光船坞周期,进一步降低安装安全风险,提高工作效率。
