The invention discloses a charging station parking management charging system and method. The system comprises a charging management module, a charging module, a parking management module and a charging pile. The charging management module and the parking management module are connected to the charging module. The charging pile is connected with the charging management module. According to the charging station parking management charging system, accurate charging can be achieved, the problems of more charging and less charging are avoided, meanwhile, the problems of fuel truck occupation and the like are avoided through the charging means, and therefore the charging experience of clients and the utilization rate of station equipment can be improved.
