According to the technical scheme, a ship main body is provided with a power device control system, the power device control system further comprises a motor controller, the motor controller is connected with a motor, and the motor is connected with the power device control system. The power device control system is connected with the solar power generation panel, the storage battery, the fuel cell system and the super capacitor, and a gasoline outboard motor is further arranged on the ship body. Through the combination of various ship powers, the ship is sufficient in power during operation, higher in stability and better in reliability; and meanwhile, energy distribution is more reasonable when the ship is in working conditions such as starting and emergency acceleration by using the super capacitor.
