The method comprises the following steps: acquiring predetermined area information; determining a current toll station based on the current vehicle electronic toll collection information; searching an associated station set associated with the current toll station according to the current toll station, and determining a front station based on the vehicle electronic toll collection information; searching an associated station set associated with the preposed toll station according to the preposed toll station, determining a next preposed station based on the electronic toll collection information of the vehicle, and repeating the step until the next preposed station does not exist; recording information of each determined station, wherein the information of each station comprises vehicle passing time and station geographical location information; generating a spatio-temporal trajectory based on the information of each station; and judging whether the vehicle passes through the predetermined area and the staying time of the vehicle in the predetermined area based on the space-time trajectory, and judging the health condition of the vehicle, and carrying out epidemic situation risk identification on the vehicle based on the electronic toll collection information of the vehicle, thereby enhancing epidemic prevention management and control.
