The invention discloses a quick connecting mechanism for modular unmanned aerial vehicle module replacement. The quick connecting mechanism comprises two cabin shells, and two module cabin sections are connected through a wedge-shaped locking assembly; the wedge-shaped locking assembly is composed of a wedge-shaped locking block, a lifting pin, a lifting pin limiting piece and a compression spring, the wedge-shaped locking block limits the relative axial movement between the two cabin modules, and the compression spring compresses the wedge-shaped locking block through the lifting pin to eliminate the movement gap between the two cabin modules; a positioning block and a positioning groove are respectively designed on the two cabin shells; and the positioning block is matched with the positioning groove to limit the relative circumferential movement between the two cabin shells. The wedge-shaped locking assemblies are adopted for achieving the rapid butt joint locking function between the adjacent module cabin shells of the modular unmanned aerial vehicle, the rapid butt joint locking device has the advantages of being simple in structure and easy to disassemble and assemble, and rapid assembly and disassembly of the modular unmanned aerial vehicle can be achieved.

    本发明公开了一种用于模块化无人机模块更换的快速连接机构,包括两个舱壳体,两个模块舱段由楔形锁紧组件连接;楔形锁紧组件由楔形锁块、顶销、顶销限位件、压簧构成,楔形锁块限制两个舱段模块间的相对轴向运动,压簧通过顶销压紧楔形锁块来消除两个舱段间的运动间隙;两个舱壳体上分别设计有定位块和定位槽,定位块与定位槽配合限制两个舱壳体间的相对周向运动。本发明采用楔形锁紧组件实现模块化无人机相邻模块舱壳体间快速对接锁紧功能,具有结构简单、拆装容易的优点,可以实现模块化无人机快速安装与拆卸。
