The invention discloses a pure electric vehicle high-voltage power-on and power-off control method which comprises the following steps: after detecting that a vehicle has a high-voltage power-on demand, a vehicle controller judges the state of the vehicle, if the vehicle state is normal, a high-voltage power-on instruction is sent and the state of each controller is received at the same time, and after judging that power-on is completed, a VCU sends a high-voltage component enabling command; and the VCU judges that the whole vehicle needs to be powered off, and when the vehicle meets the power-off condition, a power-off instruction is sent. In the high-voltage power-on and power-off process of the vehicle, the VCU only needs to detect the state of each controller, the specific execution result of each step in the power-on and power-off process does not need to be checked, and the high-voltage power-on and power-off process is optimized.

    本发明公开了一种纯电动汽车整车高压上下电控制方法,整车控制器在检测到车辆有上高压需求后,进行整车状态的判断,整车状态正常则发送上高压指令并同时接收各控制器状态,VCU判断上电完成后,发送高压部件使能命令;VCU判断整车需要下电,当车辆满足下电条件后则发送下电指令。本发明在车辆高压上下电过程,VCU只需检测各个控制器的状态,无需对上下电过程中每一步的具体执行结果进行检查,优化了高压上下电流程。
