The invention discloses a novel joint surface sealing structure and method for aerospace, and relates to sealing of joint surfaces of structural covering caps or detachable wall plates for aerospace. The problems that in the prior art, when vulcanized sealing rubber is adopted for sealing treatment, the vulcanization time is long, the covering cap installation efficiency is low, and a covering cap is not easy to disassemble are solved. The sealing structure comprises an opening frame which is arranged on an opening of the spacecraft; the opening cover is adaptively connected to the opening frame and covers the groove; and the sealing layer is arranged between the faying surfaces of the opening cover and the opening frame and comprises an expanded polytetrafluoroethylene layer and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer which are arranged in a stacked manner. During use, the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene layer is firstly mounted on the opening cover through the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, then the through hole is formed in the sealing layer, and finally the opening cover is tightly attached to the expanded polytetrafluoroethylene layer and is tightly pressed on the opening frame through the bolt.

    本发明公开了一种航天航空新型贴合面密封结构及方法,涉及一种航天航空的结构口盖或可拆卸壁板贴合面的密封,目的在于解决现有技术中存在的采用硫化密封橡胶进行密封处理时硫化时间长、口盖安装效率低以及口盖不易拆卸的问题。该密封结构包括口框,设置在航天器上的开口上;口盖,适配连接到口框上,并覆盖住凹槽;密封层,设置于在口盖与口框的贴合面之间,包括层叠设置的膨化聚四氟乙烯层、压敏胶层。先将膨化聚四氟乙烯层通过压敏胶层安装在口盖上,再在密封层上开设通孔,最后将口盖贴紧在膨化聚四氟乙烯层上,并通过螺栓将口盖压紧在口框上。
