The invention relates to an elevator taking control method and device of a robot, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps that in response to received elevator stopping target floor information carrying a timestamp, time information indicated by the timestamp is compared with current real-time time information, and a time difference is obtained; if the time difference is larger than a preset time threshold value, it is judged that the elevator is not stopped at the target floor at present; and an elevator calling instruction is sent, so that the elevator stops on the target floor again based on the elevator calling instruction. Whether the elevator actually reaches the target floor or not can be judged, if not, the robot does not execute the elevator exiting action temporarily, and therefore the situation that the robot makes mistakes for the elevator can be avoided.
